How to: Print only odd (or even) pages of a document.
Solution:
Select 'Print' from the 'File' menu, then select 'Odd Pages' or 'Even Pages' from the 'Print' drop-down list box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
2) Select 'Odd Pages' or 'Even Pages' from the 'Print' drop-down list box.
3) Click 'OK' to print.
